The design of the factory incorporates structural calculations that take into account the weight and number of machines to be installed. Therefore, the increase in load due to the addition or replacement of machines not included in the initial calculations may exceed the building's allowable load. While this does not hinder normal use, the impact and deterioration on the structural framework due to long-term use will certainly accumulate. Furthermore, the load from a major earthquake (the seismic forces acting on the building) will increase in proportion to the amount of equipment added. Our company conducts structural verification related to changes in equipment specifications, and if reinforcement is necessary, we will also propose a plan for that.
